Short and honest: what happened, why and what to do.
The Generate button charges nothing while the balance is below the price — it offers a top-up. To fit the budget: shorten the duration, lower the resolution, turn off sound, pick a model with a lower price per second (⚡/s in the model list) or a Fast variant, reduce “clips at once”. For chat batches the card says “Your balance covers k of N” — you can launch fewer.
Add photos from other angles and in other light (up to 20), build the contact sheet, prefer models that accept the persona directly and check the likeness badge on the frame. If photos are not enough — “Train” (one-time fee, shown in advance). Details on the Personas page.
Describe the motion itself in the prompt: what the hero does, where the camera moves (“slow push-in”, “pan right”). Do not repeat the look — it is on the start frame. Try 8–10 seconds instead of 3–5, another model (the model courses show each one’s strengths) and the pre-send check, which catches prompt conflicts.
The Studio remembers the last chosen voice. Check the “Voice” field before voicing; in a storyboard set each frame’s voice instead of “As in common settings”.
The job may have been accepted. Open My generations and check before launching again — otherwise you may pay twice.
The model’s moderation triggered; nothing was charged. Rephrase the prompt without prohibited content. “Too many references” — remove extras; “Service is overloaded” — try later.

In “16:9 · 5s · 1080p” choose 9:16 (for a storyboard the format is in “Settings”). Make the start frame in the same format.
An image price is computed from the catalogue in the browser and shown as an estimate; the exact charge happens after generation and only for success.
