What it is good for
- A clip from text alone, when you have no picture yet.
- Animating a ready frame: your picture becomes the start of the clip.
- Transferring motion (dance, gesture, camera) from a reference clip to your character.
- A clip with sound and spoken lines in one run.
- High quality up to 4K.

Prompt tips
- Write in film language: shot type, camera move, light and mood. Kling understands these words well.
- In Kling 3.0 call your recurring characters by name in the prompt: @Element1, @Element2.
- For Motion Control pick a frame where the character is large: waist-up or full body, with nothing blocking them.
Common mistakes
- Do not ask for an end frame on versions that lack it: in the Studio it exists in Kling 3.0 and 2.1, not in 2.6 and 2.5 Turbo.
- In Motion Control the character must fill a noticeable part of the frame and stay unobstructed: a tiny or covered figure transfers poorly.
- Not every version has sound (2.5 Turbo does not): check the Sound fact above.
- Starting Image to video without a Start frame: it will not start without a picture.
- Asking for a duration outside the range: for Kling 3.0 it is 3–15 s.
