Billing, plans and balance: how it works

1What ⚡ and the balance are

The unit of payment in Gibrid is the G-token, shown on buttons with the ⚡ icon. One G-token costs about $0.025, so a dollar gets you 40 ⚡. Text, images, video, voice and music spend tokens at the real cost of the chosen model, so the same action costs different amounts on different models.

The balance is shown in the profile menu and in the token panel: there you can see how much is left, along with the Top up and Details buttons. The “Enough for …” estimate shows how many days your tokens will last at your usual spending.

You can start for free. Three chat messages are available without signing up. When you register, a welcome bonus of 50 ⚡ ($1.25) is credited once: at once if you sign in with Telegram, Google or Apple, and after the address is confirmed if you register by email. If a friend invited you, you get another 40 ⚡ for their code - see invites.

2Where to open billing

1. Open the profile menu

   Click your avatar in the left panel of chat or Studio.

2. Choose “Billing”

   Or click Top up next to the balance. The direct link is gibrid.ai/chat/billing.

3. Switch between tabs

   Plan shows your plan, balance and the choice of another plan. Usage shows how much ⚡ was spent over 7, 30 or 90 days and on which models. History lists individual operations.

3Plans

A plan is a subscription with a monthly ⚡ top-up. Prices and amounts come from the plan catalog (as of 16 October 2026):

You can pay monthly or for a year: the Monthly / Annual switch shows the price and the yearly saving. A year costs exactly the same as ten months, that is, two months free. For Enterprise the “Plan” tab has a Contact Enterprise button.

1. Choose a plan

   On the “Plan” tab, click the card of the plan you want. The current one is marked “Current”, the popular one “Recommended”.

2. Click “Proceed to payment”

   Confirm your agreement to the terms and choose a payment method.

3. Pay on the payment provider's page

   Payment takes place on a secure page, and afterwards Gibrid shows “Plan activated”.

You can cancel the subscription: the Cancel subscription button turns off renewal, and the plan stays active until the end of the paid period. If you change your mind, click Resume auto-renewal. The Manage subscription button opens the payment provider's page with invoices and the payment method.

4What a plan gives besides ⚡

• Cheaper chat text. A paid plan lowers the price of text compared with an account without a plan: roughly 20% on Basic, 30% on Pro and 35% on VIP, Elite and Ultra (by the server's calculation coefficients). Images and video have one price that a plan does not change.
• One model with no charge. From Pro up, the cheapest model in the catalog, DeepSeek v4 Flash, does not spend ⚡ within fair-use limits (per hour and per day); a request longer than 32,000 tokens is charged as usual. All other models are always charged.
• Voice cloning from Pro. Quick voice cloning is available on Pro and above; how to create one is on the page about cloning.
• Voice library. Voices from the library can be added on Pro and above; without a plan it works if your balance is $1 or more. At most 10 library operations a day and at most 5 added voices.
• No model is locked by a plan. As of 16 October 2026 the catalog has no models that open only from a certain plan: the balance pays for a model, not the subscription level.

The number of simultaneous generations is 3 per person on any plan: you can start a fourth when one of the three finishes. It does not depend on the plan.

5Paying from the iPhone app

In the Gibrid iPhone app the top-up and plan buttons do not take payment inside the app; they open the website's payment page in a browser (an address like gibrid.ai/pay/...). The link is single-use and lives about 90 seconds; it holds no password or email. On the site you are already signed in to your account, and the plan, period (month or year) and pack chosen in the app are filled in for you.

• From the app the payment window offers only dollars (USD) and a card through Stripe; rubles and USDT are hidden.
• After paying, go back to the app: the balance and plan are shared between the site and the app.
• If the link did not open, tap the button in the app again: each link works once.

6One-time top-up

1. Open the window

   Click Top up; the “Top up balance” window opens.

2. Choose a pack or your own amount

   Packs: Spark is $4, Plus is $8, Power is $24 (marked Popular), Mega is $64, Whale is $188; there is no volume bonus. Packs are always paid in dollars. Below, you can enter “Or a custom amount”; the minimum top-up is $5 (in rubles, presets start at 500 ₽).

3. Choose a currency and payment method

   Currencies in the window: RUB, USD and USDT. Each shows its own set of methods; the ruble methods are switched off at the moment, so choose USD or USDT to pay.

4. Have a promo code?

   Enter it in the “Promo code” field and click Apply.

5. Click “Pay”

   First confirm your agreement to the User Agreement, Privacy Policy and offer. Above the button you can see the result: how many G-tokens you will receive.

7Payment methods

As of 16 October 2026, three methods are connected: bank card, Apple Pay and Google Pay via Stripe (in dollars), USDT cryptocurrency via CryptoBot, and Telegram Stars (used in the Telegram bot and mini app). Ruble payment by card and through SBP (WATA), as well as Volet, FastSpring and NOWPayments, are switched off. The set of methods depends on the chosen currency and may change, so go by what the payment window shows at the time of payment.

8How to view your spending history

1. Open “Billing” → “History”

   Every operation is here: time, name (for requests, the model), the amount in G and a “from cache” label if part of the request was repeated.

2. Filter it

   Period: 7d, 30d, 90d or ∞. Type: “All”, “Models”, “Top-ups”, “Refunds”, “Bonuses”. If you used several models, an “All models” list appears for filtering by model.

3. Page through it

   The page shows 10 operations; there is a page switcher at the bottom.

The Usage tab shows a daily chart and a “By model” block with the five costliest models. A Refund button with a countdown (“refund in N h”) may appear next to a recent top-up: you can use it on your own within 24 hours of the top-up. Other refund terms are described at gibrid.ai/refund.
