Ideas and “My prompts”: where to get tasks and where to keep good ones

1Hints in an empty chat

Open a new chat: under the “Ask anything” field there are hint buttons. The set comes from the server in your interface language and adapts to you: “What can Gibrid do”, “Make a video in Studio” (if you have already made videos, “Continue in Studio”), “Create an image”, “Create your Persona” (if you have a Persona, “My Personas”), “Draft a document” and “Give me ideas”. Guests who have not signed in see five: without the Persona one. If the server sent nothing, three backup ones remain: “What can Gibrid do”, “Image from a description” and “Video in Studio”.

• A hint with text (“What can Gibrid do”, “Create an image”, “Create your Persona”, “Draft a document”, “Give me ideas”) sends a ready request to the assistant. For example, “Create an image” immediately asks to draw a coffee shop on a rainy evening, and that is a paid image.
• Link hints (“Make a video in Studio”, “Continue in Studio”, “My Personas”) open the corresponding section without sending anything.
• In the backup set, “Image from a description” turns on the “Image” mode in the input field (see the page about images in chat).

2Hints while you work: “Repeat”, “Save to My prompts”, “Share”

Under the last answer of the main chat, one line with a button occasionally appears. The cross next to it closes it, and each kind of hint is shown no more than once a day (and not in a temporary chat).

• “This can repeat on a schedule” + Repeat: when your message said “every day”, “every morning”, “weekly” and the like. The button asks the assistant to turn it into a scheduled task (more in chat tools).
• “This is the third time you ask this” + Save to My prompts: after a third identical request the text is saved to “My prompts” (the same storage as in Studio and the iOS app), and “Saved to My prompts” appears.
• “A long answer — you can share a link to it” + Share: after an answer of 1,500 characters or more it creates a public link to the whole chat and copies it (more in links).

3The “Ideas” section in Studio

1. Open Studio

   In the chat side panel, click Studio (address gibrid.ai/provideo).

2. Choose “Ideas”

   The Studio left menu has the items “Home”, “Ideas”, “My generations”, “My storyboards”, “Library”, “Templates”, “Favorites”, “Academy”.

3. Browse the shelves

   The “Ideas” screen opens with the question “Where shall we start?”. Below are shelves: “Continue” (your recent projects, if you have any), ready-made templates by category, “Shoot like a director” (director styles), “From the Community” and “Popular” (other authors' works; “Popular” appears only when works have likes). The “Full feed” link opens the complete list.

4. Open a work you like

   Click a template or work card: Studio opens in video mode, and the template's settings, or the work's prompt and model, are filled into the input field. In the full feed, a work has a Use prompt button, and the hint “Prompt filled in: click “Generate”” appears. The generation itself does not start.

At the top of the full works feed there are the New and Popular tabs; on a card you can put a Like or send a report (Report, giving a reason is optional). Works get into the feed only if the author published them: in My generations, a preview has a “Publish” button.

4“My prompts”: storage for your good requests

In the Studio input field (for both video and images), next to the settings, there is a My prompts bookmark icon. Until you have opened it, the icon shows a dot meaning “not opened yet”.

1. Write a prompt

   Type a request in the Studio field and set the model, format, duration and quality the way you need.

2. Save it

   Click the bookmark → Save current prompt. “Saved to “My prompts”” appears. Along with the text, the model, format (aspect), duration, quality and references are remembered.

3. Come back to it

   Open the bookmark and click an entry: “Prompt applied”, and next to it you can click Undo if you accidentally overwrote your text. The video bookmark shows video entries, the image one shows image entries.

4. Delete what you don't need

   The trash icon next to an entry asks for confirmation: “Delete saved prompt “…”?”.

You can also save a prompt right from a finished frame: the generation actions include “Save prompt”. If the bookmark is empty, it says: “Nothing here yet. Write a prompt and save it, and it will wait here and in the iOS app”. This means saved prompts sync with the iPhone app.

5Templates and ready-made agents

Another source of ideas is the Templates section (chat side panel → More → Templates). It has three tabs: “Ready-made templates”, “From the community” and “Workflows”, which are agent and automation presets with an Install button. In Studio, shooting templates are a separate “Templates” item in the left menu.
