My generations, Favorites and Library

Everything you create in Studio is collected in one place. Here you can find an old work, mark a favorite, download a file or use a frame as the basis for a new video.

Updated:

In short
  • All your images and videos are in the “My generations” section of the Studio left menu.
  • Favorites are marked with a star on the tile and gathered in the “Favorites” section.
  • Search by description works from the bar in the Studio header: “Search your generations…”.
  • To download a file, use the “Download” button in the viewer, and for several works at once — “Select” → “Download as .zip”; deletion is irreversible.
  • “Library” is something else: it holds characters, locations and styles that keep the look consistent across frames.

1What lives where

The Studio left menu includes “Home”, “Ideas”, “My generations”, “Library”, “Templates”, “Favorites” and “Academy”; in some layouts there is also “My storyboards”. Five of them matter for this guide:

  • My generations: all finished images and videos, a feed in the form of a mosaic;
  • Favorites: the same works that you marked with a star;
  • My storyboards: saved storyboards (details on the page about storyboards);
  • Library: your characters, animals, locations, cities, objects, vehicles, diagrams and styles;
  • Templates: ready-made video recipes (guide).
TipA video that is still being prepared first shows the status “Generating…” next to the search bar in the header. The finished one appears in “My generations” by itself; you don't need to refresh the page.

3Favorites: the star on a tile

In the top right corner of each tile there is a star. Click it and the work is marked, and the message “Added to favorites” appears. Clicking again removes the mark (“Removed from favorites”). The same mark can be set in the viewing panel with the Add to favorites button.

  1. Mark a work

    Click the star on a tile in “My generations”.

  2. Open “Favorites”

    In the left menu, click Favorites. Here are only the marked works, even the oldest.

If “Favorites” is empty, Studio hints: “Nothing is pinned yet: click a preview in “My generations””.

5What you can do with a work

The panel to the right of the viewer offers actions. Some work for videos, some for images:

  • Download: save the file to your device;
  • Send to Edit: open the frame in the editor (quick edits, redraw an area, extend, crop, watermark; for quick edits see the guide);
  • As reference: use the frame as a sample in a new generation;
  • Extend: continue the clip; Studio puts the video into the composer, and you only need to describe the continuation and click “Generate”;
  • Publish: show the work in the “Community” section (see below);
  • Delete: remove the work permanently.

There are helpers too: Enhance (4K) for video (paid), Get prompt — a description that will reproduce the frame (free, limit 30 times per hour and 120 per day), Take style (carry the frame's style to the next generation, paid) and Frame analysis (an assessment through a director's eyes, paid). Before a paid action Studio shows a window with the price, your balance (“Balance”) and the action button — nothing is charged until you press it; more in small Studio things.

A finished video has other items in the viewer's actions menu:

  • Edit the clip with words — night, rain, sunset, a different outfit, anime style (guide);
  • Subtitles and Translate the clip (subtitles, translation);
  • Another format (free) and Brand bar (free) — 9:16 for Reels and a bar with a phone number (finishing a clip);
  • Share a link — a public page for the work; images have it too (guide).
NoteDeletion is irreversible: Studio asks “Delete this generation permanently?”.

6Select and delete several works

  1. Turn on selection mode

    Above the mosaic, click Select. The button changes to Done.

  2. Mark tiles

    Click the cards; a panel with the caption “Selected: N” appears at the bottom.

  3. Act

    Select all / Deselect all mark everything at once, Download as .zip gathers the marked ones into a single .zip (up to 60 files and 800 MB; more), Delete removes the marked ones, Cancel exits the mode.

7Publishing to the “Community”

The Publish button shows the work to all users. Before that, Studio asks: “Publish this image to the “Community”? All users will see it. Continue?”. A globe icon appears on the tile of a published work; to return the work to private, click In the “Community” in the panel (the button changes its label), and “Unpublished” appears.

NotePublish only what has no one else's faces, personal data or private materials. If an image shows a person, their consent is needed.
TipNeed a link for one person rather than showing it to everyone in “Community”? Use Share a link: the page appears only after your “Publish via link”, and you can hide it at any time (guide).

8Library: characters, places and styles

The Library section is not an archive of works. It holds your “entries” with reference photos that keep the same look across different frames. Tabs by type: “Character”, “Animal”, “Location”, “City”, “Object”, “Vehicle”, “Diagram” and “Style”. A new entry is created with the Create button; for a character without a photo there is Invent without a photo. The “Use in generation” button on a tile attaches the entry to the composer.

How to upload a photo, build a “face map” and, if needed, train a persona is described in detail on the Personas page.

9How long works are kept

The Studio interface doesn't state a storage period, and your generations are not deleted automatically over time: a work stays in the feed until you delete it yourself. The server erases the files of deleted works later, and only if nothing else links to them.

TipIt's better to download what matters: click Download in the viewer. That way you have a copy independent of your account.

?FAQ

Why is there a star in Favorites and not a heart?

In the web version of Studio, a work is marked with a star on the tile and the “Add to favorites” button in the viewing panel. Such works are gathered in the “Favorites” section.

Where did the video I just launched go?

While it is being prepared, the status “Generating…” next to the search bar tells you about it. The finished work will appear in “My generations” on its own. If the server doesn't respond for a long time, first check this section and only then launch again: otherwise you may pay twice.

Can I download many works at once?

Yes. In “Select” mode mark the works and press “Download as .zip”: up to 60 files and 800 MB in one .zip. The archive is meant to last 2 hours, so download right away; the limit is 20 archives per hour and 60 per day. One work at a time is downloaded with the “Download” button.

Are “Get prompt” or “Take style” paid?

“Get prompt” is free (limit 30 times per hour and 120 per day). “Take style” and “Frame analysis” are paid: before launch the window shows the price (“less than 1 token” or “up to N”) and your balance, and the charge goes by actual use.
